1. Kindly arrive 15 minutes early at the designated location to prevent delays; waiting past the scheduled time won't be possible

2. A minimum group size of 6 is required; if not met, a cancellation notification will be sent 3 days before departure

3. Our tour leader may adjust or cancel parts of the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or safety concerns; refunds aren't available

4. Participants are responsible for following staff instructions; accidents or property losses from non-compliance won't be covered

5. In case of unforeseen events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary and will inform you promptly

6. The ticket is non-exchangeable for cash and valid only on the chosen date's time slot; present the confirmation letter at the meeting point

7. Personal items are carried at your own risk

8. In case of high warnings (Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), service is cancelled; for lower warnings (Signal No. 3 or below, yellow or red rainstorm), pick-up/drop-off proceed as usual
